Clear cache on Google Chrome*
- Click on the three vertical dots on the far upper right corner (right of the address bar). The three dots may be replaced by one of the icons seen below:
- You may see Clear Browsing Data in the root of the Chrome settings that appear. If you do, then skip to step 4. If not, then go to step 3.
- Click on MORE TOOLS
- Click on Clear Browsing Data
- Under "Basic," change Time range to "All time."
- Make sure all three boxes are checked.
- Click "Clear Data." (If a prompt comes up, click OK or Continue.) THIS WILL LOG YOU OUT OF ALL YOUR SITES. It will not erase any saved passwords.
- Shut down Chrome
*MacBook users* Quit out of Chrome by clicking on "Chrome" in the menu bar at the top of the screen and selecting "Quit Google Chrome." Clicking the red "x" in the upper left corner of the window does NOT shutdown Chrome. - Reopen Chrome.
