PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THIS TICKETING SYSTEM

New Ticketing System

Quit all web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc)
Force quit the Advanced Mac Cleaner application (make sure that there is not an icon on the top toolbar)
Move the application/folder in the applications folder to the trash
Find and remove these files (If you are not sure how please reference this website: http://www.thesafemac.com/locating-files-from-paths/)
