iPad will NOT connect to Self-Service*
If you're having trouble getting to the Self-Service app catalog server, follow these steps:
(iPad can't connect to Self Service server once I tap on the app)
1. Tap Settings (gear icon) on the iPad
2. Tap on FGSD-STUDENT WiFi
3. On the right, tap on WiFi to turn the green switch icon OFF
4. Wait a couple seconds and turn it back ON by tapping it again
5. Press HOME button
6. Tap on Self-Service app
7. You should see it re-establish the connection to the server
8. Search for your app, if you do NOT see it listed, please submit an "app request" ticket to helpdesk@fgsd.k12.or.us
