Check Device PreStage Enrollment Group (MacBook or iPad)

  1. Sign into https://fgsd.jamfcloud.com
  2. Click on the GEAR icon in the top right hand corner of the console (SETTINGS)
  3. Click on AUTOMATED DEVICE ENROLLMENT from the GLOBAL MANAGEMENT group
  4. Click on FGSD-JAMF
  5. Click on DEVICES
  6. Using the FILTER search box, input your device serial number
  7. Once found, it should show the PRESTAGE ENROLLMENT GROUP in the 6th column to the right
  8. If you do not see the device in the list, it means it is not in DEP and will need to be added. Please contact JD (jgates@fgsd.k12.or.us or x4517)
