How to Update the Google Chrome Browser

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More . (Instead of the three dots, you will sometimes see a little arrow inside a circle)
  3. Click Update Google Chrome. If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
  4. Click Relaunch.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More . (Instead of the three dots, you will sometimes see a little arrow inside a circle)
  3. Click Help and then About Google Chrome.
  4. The current version number is the series of numbers beneath the "Google Chrome" heading. Chrome will check for updates when you're on this page.
  5. Click Relaunch to apply any available update.
