* Note: For some surveys the students will enter their student ID or an access code. If the survey is not accepting their student ID or access code, then please check to make sure they are entering the correct ID or access code, and that they selected the correct survey for their grade/building, as the ID or code can be unique to the grade level or building survey.

*Note: If the FGSD Bookmarks button is not appearing at the top of the Chrome browser window then the most likely reason is that the student has hidden the bookmark bar. They should check the "Show Bookmarks Bar" option in the Chrome Browser settings.

* Note: Some surveys are unique to a particular building or grade level and do not have an access code. In order to prevent unauthorized access to the survey, the survey link will sometimes be published only to the specific students\buildings and be placed directly within the FGSD BOOKMARKS menu.
