How to Access Student Surveys

Here are the steps students will follow to access surveys published by the FGSD Tech Department:

** Chromebook Instructions **

The student should log in to the Chromebook or use the Public Kiosk user.
Select the "FGSD Bookmarks" button at the top of the Chrome browser window.
Select the "Helpful Links" bookmark from the list. This will take you to the Student Links page.
Select the "Student Surveys" icon/link at the bottom of the page (you may need to scroll).
Select the icon/link appropriate for the student's grade level or building.
Follow the prompts to access and complete the survey.

** iPad Instructions **

Select the round "FGSD" app icon. This will take you to the Student Links page.
Select the "Student Surveys" icon/link at the bottom of the page .
Select the icon/link appropriate for the student's grade level or building.
Follow the prompts to access and complete the survey.

* Note: The students will enter their student ID to access the survey. If the survey is not accepting their student ID, then please check to make sure they are entering the correct ID, and that they selected the correct survey for their grade/building, as the ID is unique to to the grade level survey.

Please contact the FGSD Technology Helpdesk if the bookmarks and/or links are not visible or accessible for any of the students. Thank you.
