SMART Board touch controls/pens NOT fully functional*
If you have enabled SMART INK settings and are still NOT able to use the full functionality of the pens and board:
1. Click System Preferences
2. Click Security & Privacy
3. Now click on the Privacy tab in the window that opened
(General/FileVault/Firewall/PRIVACY)
4. You need to click the lock at the bottom left and then CHECK the two boxes that have to do with SMART Board settings.
