Zoom login permissions

If you created a meeting and set the authentication to the 'Zoom sign in' option, students will NOT be able to log in to your meeting.

You'll need to set them as FGSD Sign In. This should be the only option available when setting the 'Only authenticated users can join' option.

If staff created zoom meetings for their students before that setting was available, the meeting might be set with something other than FGSD Sign In. Please verify your existing meetings are set to FGSD Sign In, otherwise students will not be able to authenticate and sign into the meeting.

When you create a meeting you should see this:

If you see any other settings in that drop down such as:
Then students will NOT be able to join into the meeting. Please change those to 'FGSD Sign In' and then click on the Save button at the bottom to set those changes.
