Deleting a Printer (macOS)

  1. Click on the Apple Symbol in the top left corner of the screen

  2. Selet System Preferences from the drop down

  3. Click on Printers and Scanners

  4. Select the printer you want to delete from the column on the left (It should highlight the specific printer once selected)

  5. Click on the minus sybol at the bottom of the printer list column

  6. You will most likely get a pop up prompt that states "Are you sure you want to delete the printer '(NAME OF PRINTER SELECTED)' ". Click the button for Delete Printer

  7. The printer should no longer be in the list of printers and has been properly deleted.
