PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THIS TICKETING SYSTEM

New Ticketing System

Open the Google Chrome Browser
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner
Click on Settings from the dropdown menu
In the new tab that has opened click on the Search Settings field at the top of the window
in the field type in the word "hardware"
Turn off the blue toggle slider next to the menu option of "Use hardware acceleration when available" (it will turn grey once turned off)
Once the toggle is switched off a Relaunch button will show up. Before clicking it make sure any unsaved data in google has been saved as this will close and reopen ALL tabs in chrome. When ready, please click the button
Chrome will close and reopen, once it comes back up, streaming services will no longer be black
