New Ticketing System

Unmanage MacBook in JAMF

To unmange a computer from JAMF:

1. Go to: https://fgsd.jamfcloud.com/
2. Click on 'Computers'
3. In the search field, enter the Serial # of the device you are looking for.
4. Once the device has populated, in the lower right hand corner click on 'Action'.
5. Select 'Edit the Management Account Information'.
6. Click 'Next'
7. Leave the Username, Password and Verify Password Fields blank
8. Click 'Next' 
9. Click 'Done'

To check if a computer has been unmanaged in JAMF:
1. Go to: https://fgsd.jamfcloud.com/
2. Click on 'Computers'
3. In the search field, enter the Serial # of the device you are looking for.
4. Click on the device link that populates
5. In the General section, scroll to the 'Managed' field. 
6. Verify that the managed field reads 'unmanaged'.
