MacBook Administrator Access Issue

If users are having issues with accessing specific applications or devices (printers) due to them not having administrative access follow the directions below:

  1. Verify that the user has "Admin" rights
    - Go to System Preferences
    - Click on Users and Groups
    - Below the user in question you should see "admin, managed, mobile"
  2. If admin does not show up, open Self Service
  3. Sign in with your credentials
  4. On the right column click on SCRIPTS
  5. Click install on "LocalAdminFix-SelfService"

This should resolve the issue!
