How to Create a Staff Account
- Create a New Ticket
- Give the ticket a subject line (typically "New Hire - <first name> <last name>)
- Body of the ticket can be left blank unless there are any special instructions
- Change the Category to "Account Creation"
- In addition to the required fields (any field with a * next to it), please assign the user to a building.
- Click on Submit to complete the ticket.
