How to Create a Staff Account

In Jitbit:
  1. Create a New Ticket
  2. Give the ticket a subject line (typically "New Hire - <first name> <last name>)
  3. Body of the ticket can be left blank unless there are any special instructions
  4. Change the Category to "Account Creation"
  5. In addition to the required fields (any field with a * next to it), please assign the user to a building.
  6. Click on Submit to complete the ticket.
