How to level the FlashForge 3D Printer
Finder creatively adopts three-point intelligent leveling system, which will give clear
and comprehensive feedback to users. There are three spring-loaded knobs under the
build platform. The distance between the plate and nozzle increases while tightening
the knobs and the distance reduces when loosening the knobs.
Tap [Tools] then [Level] on your Finder touch screen.
Please wait while the extruder
and platform finish initial movements. After that, operate according to the guide on the
touch screen.
If this isn't the initial leveling, you can omit the turning of the nuts counterclockwise and leave as is. Otherwise, turn all knobs counterclockwise.
Press [OK]
Press [YES] on the screen to verify the first point. The extruder starts to move towards the first point and the plate moves up and down to verify the distance between nozzle and plate.
When it shows that the distance is too big/too small, please loosen/tighten the corresponding nut
under platform (the picture on the screen will tell you which direction to turn) until hearing the loud beep and press the [Verify] button when it appears. Please follow the prompts to adjust again until you see [OK] button. Follow prompts to complete the same sequence on the second and third leveling points and
then Tap [Finish] to exit.
