New Ticketing System

To enable Live-Transcription on Zoom:

Please go to Zoom.us

Click on "My Account"

Click on Settings

Click on "In Meeting" (Advanced)

Scroll Down to Closed Captioning, then enable the slider

Now you will see "Enable live transcription service to show transcript on the side panel in-meeting" PLACE A CHECK MARK AND SAVE

Restart your ZOOM app/program, close the web browser tab where you made these changes after saving.

* Location to enable CC and Live-Transcript

Test in Zoom (Now you should see these icons available and then ENABLE Live Transcription)
