Braille Embosser Settings
The Braille Embosser used at FGHS has a "Legacy" mode to help improve printing speeds. Here is where to find the Legacy Mode setting in the software:

- Open the Duxbury braille software. Select GLOBAL > EMBOSSER SETUP
- Click OK if you see a prompt about settings for the current open document.
- Select the existing device and then click on the MODIFY EMBOSSER button.
- Select the DEVICE SETTINGS tab. Make sure LEGACY MODE is checked. Check LEGACY MODE if not checked, and then click OK. CLick OK on remaining screens to close open settgings windows and return to main braille program screen.
- Test printing. If printing is still slow, try restarting the computer and printer.
