Adding GC-OFF-COP to a chromebook
- Click on the Clock in the lower right hand corner
- Click on the GEAR icon at the top of the pop up menu
- In the setting page that has popped up, click on ADVANCED in the lower left corner
- Once ADVANCED has been expanded click on the new option shown, titled Print and Scan
- To the right of the left column, click on the option for PRINTERS with an arrow to the right of it
- In the new window for Printers click on the printer symbol with a plus to the right of ADD PRINTER
- Using the image below, fill out the information for the printer exactly as it is typed. Don't forget to change the PROTOCOL drop down to match the image:
- Click ADD
- In the new popup window, use the drop down menus to select and match the image below:
- Click the ADD button
- The printer should now be added, and when going to print, should be a selectable option.
