PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THIS TICKETING SYSTEM

New Ticketing System

Click on the Clock in the lower right hand corner
Click on the GEAR icon at the top of the pop up menu
In the setting page that has popped up, click on ADVANCED in the lower left corner
Once ADVANCED has been expanded click on the new option shown, titled Print and Scan
To the right of the left column, click on the option for PRINTERS with an arrow to the right of it
In the new window for Printers click on the printer symbol with a plus to the right of ADD PRINTER
Using the image below, fill out the information for the printer exactly as it is typed. Don't forget to change the PROTOCOL drop down to match the image:
Click ADD
In the new popup window, use the drop down menus to select and match the image below:
Click the ADD button
The printer should now be added, and when going to print, should be a selectable option.
